From Paris to Miami —
A Decade of Lighting Excellence
Founded in Paris, France. First contracts signed with leading architecture firms in Île-de-France, delivering full lighting specification and photometric studies for luxury residential and hospitality projects.
Completed our first landmark hospitality project — a 48-room boutique hotel in Le Marais, Paris. Full DALI integration, UGR compliance, and heritage facade lighting delivered on time and under budget.
Opened our second French office in Rouen to serve the Normandy region. Signed our first multi-site retail contract — 8 boutique locations across Northern France.
Reached 100 completed projects. Launched our Value Engineering service after saving a major developer €320,000 on a commercial tower specification — without changing a single design intent.
Launched US operations in Miami, Florida. First American project: a 6,200 sq ft luxury penthouse in Brickell with Lutron integration and 94 specified fixtures across 18 zones.
Pivoted to remote photometric consulting during the pandemic — serving US and European clients entirely digitally. Delivered 60+ projects remotely with zero compromise on quality.
Signed our first major US commercial contract — a 180,000 sq ft mixed-use development in Brickell, Miami. Full lighting specification, photometric compliance, and MEP coordination across 3 building types.
